Dashfire grapefruit bitters are made from fresh rind that is hand peeled. they not only use the outer rind but also a percentage of the pith to capture the full flavor and aroma that grapefruit has to offer. Bright, fresh and refreshing are just a few words to describe this bitter.
These unique bitters boast strong, warm, and sweet flavor profile, and bitter finish. They are handcrafted in small batches in St. Paul, Minnesota, using premium ingredients. Each 3.4-ounce glass bottle is equipped with a full-length, dropper-style pipette for precise dispensing and bartender-friendly volumetric inventory control (1 dash = approximately 10 ml).
Try one or a few drops in a variety of cocktails and nonalcoholic beverages. You can also experiment with culinary applications. Dashfire's S.F.F. bitters perform well in frosting, candy, pancakes, waffles, quick breads, marinades savory sauces, and salad dressings.
