Gift cards are delivered by email ( to YOU ).

You then:

-forward via email as a gift. 

-print and give as a gift

gift cards purchased online are NOT available for store pickup. If you want a physical gift card (not a digital code) you must purchase in-store at register 

if you purchase the card online, NO PHYSICAL gift card will be mailed - it's just a generated code ( you can print and mail, OR forward in an email to the gift recipient)

customer needs 16 digit code for an online redemption.
