Cashew Cow Chocolate Bars

"Ca$hew Cow" starts with fresh cashews roasted and ground into cashew butter. Next more freshly roasted cashews, hand pulled cashew brittle (yes pulled, to get the perfect crunch when you bite it), a bit of puffed rice, and milk chocolate cashew gianduja are mixed to make a rich-yet-crispy-and-light candy interior.  Then - this nutty, crispy gianduja bars are dipped it in a custom blended dark chocolate. Handmade daily in small batches. No preservatives.
